No payments will be accepted in the HOA’s special mail slot near 1406 Springleaf. Dues are LATE if not postmarked by 6/1/2016.
The HOA appreciates your financial support and it is time to alert members about dues for 2016. Our member meeting in January reaffirmed an increase in the minimum fee from $50 to $100. That increase for 2016 was actually proposed by the membership at the 2015 meeting and no change was made at the January meeting; you can see the 2016 minutes at www.tinyurl.com/whf2016minutes. Please let us know if you intend for the HOA to maintain your lawn, if so an entirely different fee structure applies. Your billing is above. Most homes will be billed $100 for the year – but this amount can be increased to $250 if there are problems in cooperation with HOA covenants and policies which are summarized as the 10 Points – you can see them at www.tinyurl.com/whf10pts. A small minority of homes are being billed $250 at the outset due to cooperation problems.
